Envato is hiring a Creator Marketing Lead to build and scale a program across YouTube, creators and affiliate publishers. You will own deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting to turn content into evergreen growth.

You’ll partner with Marketing and Product to connect creator activity to product launches and AI-enabled storytelling. You bring experience scaling creator or partner programs in a tech/digital marketplace, are commercially sharp, and excel at building relationships

Formación

Experience building or scaling creator, affiliate or partner marketing programs.
Comfort using data to understand performance and inform decisions.
Strong relationship-building with creators, publishers, agencies and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

Lead an always-on creator marketing program across YouTube, performance creators and affiliate publishers.
Own briefs, deals, licensing, attribution and performance reporting.
Align creator activity with product launches and storytelling across the business.
Scale programs by testing, optimizing and deciding what to grow or stop.
