Job summary

The Monda Company is seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Content Creator to bring our brands to life on TikTok, Instagram and beyond. This on-site role in Sydney CBD is three days per week, with opportunities to expand into Shopify management.

You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content, manage campaigns, grow our audience, and keep branding consistent across channels. A strong portfolio and 1–2 years in social media are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years in social media or content creation.
• Experience with consumer products, retail, travel or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
• Experience shooting or editing for social media is beneficial.
• Based in Sydney and available for on-site work at Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit TikToks and Reels and product photography.
• Turn briefs into finished content and contribute ideas.
• Plan daily content and campaigns around product launches and travel seasons.
• Own the content calendar and monthly schedule.
• Grow our community, engage with followers and manage DMs in brand voice.
• Capture content on location at destinations and stores.
• Identify trends and adapt them to our brands.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across posts.
• Coordinate collaborations with travel creators and artists.
• Track performance and use results to improve future content.
