Beautopia Hair and Beauty Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content & Growth Manager to run TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for multiple brands. You will shoot and edit your own content, including staff and in-store education events, to bring our brands to life with authenticity.

You will collaborate with the Marketing team to tailor content for trade and retail audiences, grow accounts, and drive engagement through trend spotting and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience managing social media professionally for multiple brands.
• Proven track record of growing accounts on TikTok and Instagram.
• Confident shooting and editing own content (phone or camera) using CapCut.
• Strong copywriting and ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brand calendars.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for multiple brands.
• Shoot and edit your own photo and video content.
• Film staff, in-store education events and product launches.
• Liaise with the graphic design team on assets and templates.
• Adjust tone and content style for trade vs. retail audiences and brands.
• Identify trends early to drive reach and engagement.
• Manage community engagement, respond to comments and DMs.
• Monitor performance and inform future content strategy.
• Submit content for review before publishing in collaboration with Marketing Manager.
• Manage multiple brand content calendars while maintaining distinct voices.
