Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition is seeking a creative Content Creator for the Oceania region (Australia and New Zealand). You will develop and edit engaging social content aligned with campaigns, manage multiple brand accounts, and help bring campaigns to life from concept to post.

The role reports to the Senior Brand Manager and involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and brand partners to deliver impactful content across Instagram and TikTok, plus events and product launches.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Marketing, or another related discipline.
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing and demonstrated immersion in Social Media.
• Displays in-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and how to deploy them.
• Maintains working knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research and 'Search and Social'.
• Passion for fitness and nutrition with interest in building nutritional products.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social content: film and edit videos, photos, and Stories for Instagram and TikTok.
• Deliver fast turnarounds, including same-day edits during events.
• Manage multiple ON brand accounts and maintain tone of voice.
• Plan and publish content: calendars, captions, and scheduling around campaigns.
• Pitch fresh ideas and identify trends to keep content engaging.
• Support ambassador management and coordinate content distribution.
• Help ambassadors feel comfortable on camera and capture engaging content.
• Review content performance and apply learnings to future content.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand partners to meet briefs.
• Maintain organized content assets for easy reuse.
