Job summary

Glanbia Performance Nutrition (a division of Glanbia) is seeking a creative Content Creator to join the Oceania Social Media team. You will develop and edit scroll-stopping content for ON across Australia and New Zealand, reporting to the Senior Brand Manager and coordinating campaigns, launches and events.

You’ll manage multiple brand accounts, maintain brand tone, plan content calendars, write captions, and pitch fresh concepts while supporting ambassadors and delivering timely edits for major

Qualifications

• Demonstrates creativity and immersion in social media.
• Strong understanding of platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how Search and Social intersect.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social content: film and edit videos, photos and Stories for Instagram and TikTok.
• Deliver fast turnarounds with same-day edits during major events.
• Manage multiple ON brand accounts and maintain tone of voice and style.
• Plan and publish content; write captions and schedule posts around campaigns.
• Pitch fresh concepts, spot trends and keep content engaging and recognisable.
• Support ambassadors with communication, briefs and content coordination.
• Help ambassadors feel comfortable on camera and capture authentic content.
• Review performance using insights and apply learnings to future content.
• Collaborate with marketing, Sales and brand partners to meet briefs.
• Organise footage, edits and project files for easy handover.
