Job summary

Australian Performance Boxes in Heathcote NSW is seeking a hands-on Social Media & Creative Content Specialist. You will own our social media presence, develop strategy, shoot and edit content, and design assets to support launches and campaigns.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that values creativity and initiative. Work with the Brand & Marketing team to plan content, track performance, and grow engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in social media, content creation, graphic design or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and content trends.
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro.
• Proven ability to create and edit engaging short-form video content.
• Strong graphic design capabilities and attention to detail.
• Photography and videography experience highly regarded.
• Collaborative and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for content trips, trade shows, events and off-site shoots.
• Access to professional cameras, drone, microphones, laptop and monitor to bring your creative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Strategise, plan, develop and execute social media content calendars alongside the creative team.
• Capture and edit high-quality product and lifestyle content using professional gear and an iPhone.
• Produce engaging reels, short-form videos and promotional campaigns across all channels.
• Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud / Figma.
• Aid in developing creative concepts for product launches, campaigns and events.
• Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to grow the APB brand.
• Assist with content creation at trade shows, product shoots, off-road adventures and events.
• Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with brand partners, suppliers, content creators and other businesses to deliver engaging collaborative content.
