Zusammenfassung

cean in Sydney is seeking a Content, Creative & Social Media Manager to invent and own our storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and email. You’ll work directly with the founders in our Double Bay HQ, shaping campaigns, shoots and content pillars that reflect cean’s luxury wellness aesthetic.

You’ll lead end-to-end content production—from concept to launch—balancing fast-paced execution with creative quality, while growing our international audience with smart strategy and bold

Qualifikationen

• You've grown something: your own social channel, a brand account or engaged community with demonstrable results.
• You're a content creator at heart: spent at least two years making social-first content from idea to final edit.
• You know your way around a camera: confident with lighting, shooting and advanced editing in CapCut or similar tools.
• You have a designer's eye: comfortable in Canva, Figma or Adobe, and you understand visual quality vs. production value.
• Your taste level is high: fashion, beauty, luxury, activewear and wellness with a strong brand sense.
• You're ridiculously organised: able to juggle multiple projects, tight timelines and asset libraries.
• You're culturally curious: aware of online trends and what content performs.
• You're a team person: collaborative, open to feedback, and shares ideas.
• You've got a can-do attitude: proactive, resourceful and solution-focused.
• You're confident and comfortable putting yourself out there: on camera, directing shoots or presenting ideas to founders.
• Most importantly, you bring good energy: we move fast, have fun and care about what we're creating.

Aufgaben

• Make content people want to watch: plan, shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Pinterest.
• Help shape the creative world of cean: turn brand strategy into content pillars, campaigns and storytelling across social, email and website.
• Make our studio your playground: keep the HQ studio shoot-ready and organise content days for founders, models and creators.
• Get behind the camera: direct founders and creators and occasionally appear in content yourself.
• Create campaigns from concept to launch: build mood boards, write briefs, plan shot lists and direct shoots, then repurpose assets widely.
• Make our emails look as good as our products: own email creative direction from layouts to imagery and messaging.
• Grow our audience: test formats, run recurring series and optimise reach and engagement across channels.
• Keep the creative machine moving: manage calendars, launches and asset libraries with timely delivery.
• Know what's next: stay across trends on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube and share weekly performance snapshots.
