Job summary

Swan Studio in Sydney is seeking a Creative Coordinator to support our team of Creative Strategists. You will stay highly organised and curious about direct response creative and social media marketing, helping turn data insights into high-converting ads for Meta and TikTok.

You will act as the conduit between creative, production and talent to ensure efficiency and quality of the creative pipeline from concept through production.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram and short-form content.
• Experience with project management tools and Canva.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with obsessive attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the creative workflow from initial concept into delivery.
• Coordinate with Production team to schedule and plan for shoots.
• Produce briefs for editors and creators based on Strategists concepts.
• Help with preparation of strategy decks for clients.
• Coordinate with Talent Recruitment team for talent sourcing requests.
• Attend shoots to help produce and work with talent and clients.
• Monitor Tik Tok, Instagram and the Meta Ad Library to identify emerging trends and formats.
• Communicate with clients.
