Job summary

Swan Studio in Sydney is seeking a People Advisor/Specialist who lives and breathes Talent Acquisition. You’ll hunt top-tier paid creative strategists, organic social managers and content production talent, while bringing a solid HR foundation to keep people ops and culture running fast.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, onboard swiftly, shape L&D, and coach managers on KPIs within a growth-focused, AI-enabled agency environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in HR/P&C with direct sourcing success.
• Fast-paced agency experience and hiring agility.
• Comfort with AI tools to streamline recruitment and HR ops.
• Strong coaching, influence and communication skills.
• Sharp judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: end-to-end recruitment and proactive pipelines using AI.
• Onboarding & Culture: design and run a seamless onboarding experience.
• Learning & Development: manage and renew the L&D calendar.
• Performance Framework: coach managers on KPI setting and reviews.
• HR Foundations & AI: modernise policies and workplace practices.
