Racine Bakery, Inc. in Orange, NSW seeks a Head Baker to lead our artisan baking team in crafting organic sourdough, viennoiserie, pies, cakes and tarts. You will oversee baking operations, ensure consistency and quality, and mentor junior bakers in a creative, supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience (out of apprenticeship) in baking, including mixing, shaping and cooking.
• Must have Current Valid Australian working visa.
• Sponsorship available for applicants currently in Australia.
• Organisational skills and ability to manage own workload.
• Desire for perfection and consistency; knowledge of industry trends.
• Creative and fastidious artisan baker seeking a role you can own.

Responsibilities

• Lead the artisan baking team to produce sourdough, viennoiserie, pies, cakes and tarts.
• Maintain high quality, consistency and safety across all products.
• Mentor junior bakers and contribute to menu development.
