The Tame Fox in Erina, NSW is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team. This full-time role offers a base salary of AU$75,000–AU$83,000 plus super, with a minimum 38 hours per week in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will prepare and deliver exceptional dishes, execute the menu to high standards, maintain a clean kitchen, support inventory, and collaborate with the team while upholding food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of full-time or equivalent experience as a Chef in similar restaurants or cafes.
• Commercial Cookery and Hospitality Management qualification.
• Strong knowledge of modern Australian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Food safety and hygiene certification.
