Responsibilities

Maintain high level kitchen standards and quality.
Ensure that the Kitchen Minimum Standards are being complied to.
Assist in the efficient running of Kitchen operations.
Deliver outstanding food in taste and presentation.
Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.
Preparing meat and fish and cook dishes per menu.
Assisting with the management of health and safety.
