The role collaborates with courts, Sentence Management, custodial staff, and legal representatives to ensure efficient videoconferencing outcomes and accurate recording of information.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating videoconferencing with courts and agencies.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and respond to changing court timetables.
• Strong data entry and information sharing across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VC bookings using the online booking system (GoBookings).
• Communicate with court and custodial staff to minimise wait times and rescheduling of court events
• Monitor live feeds and coordinate movements with courts and custodial officers regarding prisoner movements
• Share information with custodial centres, Sentence Management, courts and legal representatives regarding prisoner placement and movements
• Monitor prisoner responses to court outcomes and communicate with custodial officers when necessary
• Maintain comprehensive recording and documenting of information collected during videoconferencing
• Provide data input support and assist with memorandums, reports and related documentation
