Queensland Corrective Services in Mareeba is seeking a Service Delivery Support Officer to manage scheduling and coordination of all courses and prisoner services for the Correctional Centre, including support for classroom facilities.

You will establish communication links between the centre, service providers and probation/parole services, monitor data, maintain records in IOMS, and support providers with induction and training while ensuring security and confidentiality of QCS property.

• Coordinate links between the correctional centre, providers and probation/parole services.
• Monitor and analyse data to allocate prisoners to services.
• Collate and report on service delivery performance.
• Support release planning through liaison with providers.
• Guide contracted providers on service delivery needs.
• Review service delivery and identify gaps for improvements.
• Coordinate induction and training, and security checks.
• Provide support to external and internal service providers.
• Maintain waiting lists for programs, including remand and short sentences.
• Schedule and notify prisoners of course allocations and handle queries.
• Manage classroom schedules and master schedule.
• Keep records in IOMS and other systems.
• Carry out admin duties and provide IT support and device security checks.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of QCS property.
