Located in our new branch in Glendenning, we are seeking a full-time internal Counter Salesperson/Warehouse Store Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, customer service focussed team member.

Key duties will include:

• Counter sales.
• Processing & follow up of customer orders, quotes and telephone enquiries.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.
• Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add to an existing customer base.
• Liaising with warehouse and production teams
• Picking / Packing / checking orders and ensuring paperwork is correct.
• Assisting in checking and maintaining inventory.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Computer Literacy.
• Experience in the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Industry would be preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure.
