Job summary

Climate HVAC is a well established air conditioning and electrical business based in Prestons, seeking a proactive Trade Sales & Warehouse Manager. You will handle trade and warehouse operations, develop Sydney accounts, and support install/service teams.

The role requires forklift operation, forklift licence, and Open Manual Driver's Licence, with 7am starts and company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning, refrigeration and/or electrical work is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel; SimPRO familiarity is a bonus.
• Attention to detail and proactive work ethic are essential.

• Develop business by visiting customers and expanding wholesale/trade accounts in Sydney and regional areas.

Trade Sales & Warehouse Manager (Air Conditioning & Electrical)

Trade Sales & Warehouse Manager Immediate Start !!

Climate HVAC is a well established air conditioning & electrical business based in Prestons, and is looking for a keen proactive wholesale Trade Sales & Warehouse Manager. Must have attention to detail, be organized, physically fit, warehouse experience including forklift license and excellent computer skills.

Working in closely in conjunction with our other Sydney HVAC divisions, as well as our QLD head office, you will be autonomous in your role growing the Sydney business and managing all Trade and Warehouse requirements.

Salary:

• $90k - $110k + Super

What You'll Be Doing:

• Trade / Counter sales, phone, email enquiries, and general customer service

• Business Development. Visiting customers, growing accounts with new wholesale and trade customers in around Sydney as well as regional areas as needed.

• Management of all our trade and warehouse requirements for the Prestons branch.

• Processing orders, invoicing and taking payments

• Offering basic technical support and product info

• Prepping orders and arranging logistic collections for deliveries

• Loading and unloading trucks

• Allocating stock and keeping things organised in the warehouse

• Inventory management and supplier ordering

• Supporting our install and service teams

• 7am Starts

You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have technical experience in air conditioning, refrigeration and/or electrical.

• Are confident using computers (Excel required; SimPRO a bonus)

• Have strong attention to detail and proactiveness work ethics

• Are physically fit, and keen to learn

• Hold a forklift licence and a manual driver’s licence

• Have experience in national wholesale chains such as Actrol, Reece, Beijer, Heatcraft, TLE, Rexel, John R Turks, Metalflex, Polyaire, Airefrig — highly regarded but not essential

Qualifications:

• Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration - a distinct advantage

• Forklift licence (a must have)

• Open Manual Driver's License (a must have)
