Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant to become the expert for our Cortex portfolio, an AI-powered security operations platform. You will define technical solutions that secure customer business imperatives and evangelize our leading security solutions across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and incident response.

You will collaborate with account teams, present to customers at all levels, and lead PoV projects to win engagements while shaping product requirements with feedback to Product and R&D.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales in SIEM/SOAR/SOC/XDR/EDR.
• IBM QRadar design or deployment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing experience.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to develop customer solutions in Cortex specialization.
• Present as expert to all customer levels, from practitioners to executives.
• Lead demonstrations and respond to RFIs/RFPs with technical accuracy.
• Architect solutions to strengthen customer security posture and drive value.
• Document high-level designs and use cases for implementation.
