Job summary

Virgin Active is seeking a corporate sales professional to own the full journey from opening doors to building lasting partnerships, creating tailored wellbeing solutions for businesses including memberships, employee benefits, events and partnerships.

Based in Sydney, you’ll manage pipeline, forecast and convert opportunities, negotiate to win, and work with Marketing and club teams to deliver a premium onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ proven sales experience in health, wellness or corporate B2B.
• Ability to forecast and convert a strong pipeline.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Organised, self-directed with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of corporate prospects, including HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Create new opportunities through calls, emails, networking and events.
• Get to know each business and position Virgin Active as their wellbeing partner of choice.
• Develop and pitch tailored solutions, from memberships to corporate events and partnerships.
• Secure and grow corporate relationships delivering revenue and long-term value.
• Work towards monthly corporate revenue and member acquisition targets with pipeline oversight.
• Partner with the Sales & Retention Director on major opportunities and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and clubs to create on-brand sales tools and a premium onboarding experience.
