Securitas is seeking a Full-time Corporate Security Officer in Blacktown, NSW. The role focuses on delivering exceptional security and customer service, protecting people and assets, and upholding Securitas values.

The position requires a valid Security License and experience in concierge/hosting or similar customer-facing roles. The roster is 4 on 4 off, with rotating 0600–1800 and 1800–0600 shifts.

Blacktown NSW location.

TheFull timeSecurity Officermust be able to deliver an exceptional level of security and customer service. Those with a strong customer service background coupled with a Security License are encouraged to apply.

We have Full time position working a 4on 4off roster pattern 0600-1800 and 1800-0600

Key Tasks

• Provide a security service in line with the site SOP’s and customer requirements in order to protect the customer’s employees, property and other assets.
• Deliver the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrate Securitas’ core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.
• Deliver a consistently high-end, accurate and discreet Security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s).
• Ensure the safety and protection of customer’s people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment.
• Demonstrate the core brand values and culture of both the client and Securitas, promoting a positive image of our customer always.
• Deal with queries from the public, customers/visitors and employees.
• Must have a valid Security License
• Ability to uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness
• Be able to work independently, self -aware, motivated as well as part able to work as part of the team
• Be punctual and reliable
• Be proactive, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality
• Experience in a concierge/hosting/customer facing role
• Previous security environment experience and/or security awareness training
