What You’ll Do

As the first point of contact for our Melbourne Head Office, you’ll play a key role in shaping the day-to-day experience for employees, visitors and partners. Sitting within our Development business, this role ensures smooth reception operations, clear communication and efficient coordination across the workplace.


You’ll manage front-of-house services, oversee visitor management systems, coordinate mail, deliveries and office services, and support the broader team by keeping everything running seamlessly. Your work will directly contribute to a professional, organised and welcoming workplace aligned to Stockland’s commitment to exceptional experiences.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Creating memorable first impressions by providing a warm, professional and engaging welcome to visitors and employees

  • Managing reception operations and visitor management processes

  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and workplace logistics

  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries

  • Supporting office operations, procurement processes and workplace services

  • Maintaining a well-presented, safe and professional reception environment

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Providing administrative support and helping ensure the office operates efficiently

  • Every day, you’ll play a part in creating a workplace experience that reflects who we are as a business and what we stand for.

  • Experience in a corporate hospitality, reception or customer-facing role with a strong focus on service excellence

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Microsoft Teams

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently

  • Experience working with systems or processes such as visitor management, bookings or procurement

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a busy environment
