Job summary

Hollard Insurance seeks a procurement professional to join the SPPCP team in a flexible, hybrid role across NSW, VIC or QLD. You will own end-to-end contracting, onboarding, renewals and negotiations, partnering with stakeholders to deliver strong cost, quality and timely outcomes.

You will work within a collaborative team that emphasizes trust, visibility with leadership and practical procurement excellence, supporting the business across multiple procurement categories.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or supply chain.
• Understanding of contracting process.
• Familiarity with APRA regulatory frameworks such as CPS 230.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Negotiate corporate procurement contracts to deliver best cost outcomes.
• Performance Management: Ensure agreements have clear KPIs and review renewals for impact.
• Risk Management: Monitor risk framework across the supply chain and resolve incidents.
• Regulatory Management: Support compliance with Regulatory Framework and resolve breaches.
• Sourcing & Relationship Management: Support supplier selection and contracting lifecycle with internal/external stakeholders.

About the Role

As a member of Hollard's Supplier Partnership & Performance Corporate Procurement Team (SPPCP), you'll be the go-to procurement partner for our Corporate Procurement and Motor Claims categories.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement, and working within a close-knit team, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end contracting function, supporting the business across onboarding, offboarding, renewals, scope of works, orders and negotiations, while championing best‑practice outcomes across cost, quality and timeliness.

This is a role built on partnership and trust. You'll be present with your stakeholders, building visibility across the business and Executive Leadership Team, becoming the person the business relies on to get things done right the first time. You'll be joining a fun, collaborative team that works hard, jumps in as one unit, shares knowledge and constantly looks for ways to uplift.

This is a flexible role open to candidates in NSW, VIC and QLD.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management: Negotiate corporate procurement contracts to deliver the best cost outcomes, and develop and deliver innovative cost reduction strategies across the supply chain
• Performance Management: Deliver industry leading cost, quality and timeliness outcomes, ensure agreements have clear KPIs, and review contract renewals for commercial and regulatory impacts prior to execution
• Risk Management: Monitor the Third Party Risk Management Framework across the corporate supply chain, and manage, elevate and resolve risk incidents while ensuring adherence to procurement policies
• Regulatory Management: Monitor, report and support the Group in meeting the Regulatory Compliance Framework, and manage and resolve any regulatory breaches
• Sourcing & Relationship Management: Support supplier selection and the full contracting lifecycle, and build collaborative relationships across the business and with external providers to drive improved outcomes and surface new opportunities

About You

• Substantial relevant operational experience, coupled with tertiary qualifications and a strong track record across procurement or supply chain
• A deep understanding of the contracting process, with hands on contract negotiation experience
• A solid grasp of the APRA regulatory frameworks that shape procurement within insurance, including CPS 230
• A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the commercial acumen to solve complex problems while keeping business impact front of mind
• A natural relationship builder who develops genuine rapport with stakeholders and vendors, and makes sound, risk based decisions
• A collaborative team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and become a trusted partner to the business
