You will lead change initiatives, training and templates to embed risk across processes, strengthen the three lines of defence and foster a proactive risk culture. Flexible hybrid work is available and based in Sydney.

As Senior Manager, Risk Enablement, you will be a vital member of a small team, empowered to support upliftment in the maturity of risk management and risk culture across Hollard by embedding practical, sustainable risk management practices, and working constructively and collaboratively with key stakeholders across all lines of accountability
