Job summary

First Focus AU is seeking a Technical Account Manager for our CORE offering to help clients unlock smarter ways of working using AI, automation and modern workplace tech.

You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, translate strategy into practical roadmaps and drive adoption of new tools to measurable outcomes, while shaping client success in a fast‑moving MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience translating strategy into practical business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience driving adoption, capability uplift or organisational change.
• The ability to identify and prioritise opportunities based on business value.
• A practical understanding of Microsoft 365, AI, automation and modern workplace technologies.
• Curiosity, initiative and a desire to continuously learn.
• You need to be actively using and building AI and automation yourself.

Technical Account Manager, CORE

CORE is First Focus's managed productivity service, helping organisations improve how work gets done through AI, automation, knowledge management and modern workplace technologies. Rather than measuring success by tickets closed or infrastructure maintained, we measure it by how much better our clients work.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with executives, department leaders and operational teams

You may come from consulting, customer success, business transformation, digital workplace, technology strategy or a similar advisory role. MSP experience or multi‑client support is favourable.

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking, commercial awareness and technical understanding to drive meaningful change.
