Mars Recruitment is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a commercial product portfolio. You will translate market needs into practical product solutions and drive innovation, profitability and growth across manufacturing, engineering and commercial teams.

The role focuses on leading new product development, balancing technical feasibility with commercial outcomes, and ensuring manufacturability and strong market fit.

Qualificações

• 5–8+ years in product management, category management or related discipline.
• Experience with B2B or commercial product portfolios, preferably physical products.
• Strong experience leading end-to-end new product development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the product roadmap, identify opportunities for new products and portfolio growth.
• Lead projects from concept and business case through to specifications, development, testing and launch.
