Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) seeks an OSHC Coordinator to lead a team of Educators for an after-school program in Vermont, VIC. The role oversees a 70+ service, with duties spanning activities planning, rostering, and compliance, while fostering teamwork and development.

You will guide a diverse group of children aged 5–12, mentoring staff and coordinating admin tasks, with strong support from regional management and a dedicated office team.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willing to obtain national police check (coverage provided).
• State working-with-children check is required.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification or progress toward it.

Join us in Vermont, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children!This permanent, part-time role offers 34 hours per week, including 4 non-contact paid admin hours.You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:30 - 6:30pm (Stay and Play).

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Working in this large service of 70+ you will be working with children with varying needs and from diverse backgrounds. This role is all about leadership:

• You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
• You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
• VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-levelEducatorin VIC in accordance with ACECQA
