Dovida is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Scoresby team. You will coordinate caregiver rostering, manage daily scheduling, and liaise with clients and staff to ensure smooth service delivery in a full-time, on-site role.
Applicants should have experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in aged care, and be proficient with MS Office and scheduling systems (e.g., AlayaCare). A calm, client-focused communicator will thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Due to an internal promotion, we're excited to offer an opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to connect clients with the support they need. Working full-time from our Scoresby office, you'll coordinate caregiver schedules, manage daily rostering, and work closely with both clients and staff to keep services running smoothly.
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Experience working in rostering/scheduling – aged care experience is desired.
Knowledge of the SCHADS award is desirable.
Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and rostering systems.
Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
