Job summary

Yumaro in Ulladulla is seeking a skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our Community Services Team. The role focuses on scheduling and coordinating our workforce to support Home and Community care, SIL and SDA services.

You will fill roster positions, monitor availability, ensure policy and NDIS compliance, use our CMS rostering system, and provide scheduling updates and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in rostering or workforce scheduling.
• Ability to match staff to participants while considering business needs.
• Strong communication and data entry skills.
• Familiarity with awards, company policies and NDIS rostering rules.
• Experience with CMS rostering system.

Responsibilities

• Fill roster positions to assist coordinators by covering rosters.
• Roster based on staff/participant matching guidelines and business needs.
• Monitor and track employee availability and coordinate changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, awards and NDIS rostering rules.
• Utilise CMS rostering system as the key rostering tool.
• Liaise with coordinators to identify staffing needs and allocate resources.
• Enter data accurately into our database systems.
• Communicate schedule updates to employees and participants.
• Generate reports related to scheduling.

Yumaro are seeking a talented and organised rostering coordinator to join our Ulladulla Community Services Team30hrs per week. As a rostering coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of our workforce to ensure efficient and effective operations.

You will assist with:

• providing support to the coordinators by filling roster positions
• rostering based on staff/ participant matching guidelines and a good understanding of business needs
• monitoring and tracking employee availability and coordinating changes
• ensuring compliance with company policies, awards and NDIS rules that impact rostering decisions
• utilising and maintaining the CMS rostering system as the key rostering tool
• liase with coordinators to identify staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly
• entering data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
• communicating with employees and participants to provide schedule updates and address any scheduling issues or concerns
• generating reports related to scheduling
