SRG Hospitality – Sails Lavender Bay, McMahons Point, is recruiting Cooks to join our kitchen team. You’ll support daily service and uphold high culinary and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a culinary qualification with 1 year or 3 years in a similar role, strong multitasking, reliability, and teamwork. The role is permanent full-time with on-site work in Sydney and opportunities for career development.

Job Description

Cook SRG Hospitality - Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point SRG Hospitality - Sails Lavender Bay is currently recruiting for Cooks to join our friendly and motivated team at Sails Lavender Bay, Mcmahons Point.

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion. About the Role As a Cook, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You will ideally bring:

• Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
