SRG Hospitality is recruiting for a Cook to join the Sails Lavender Bay kitchen in Mcmahons Point, NSW. The role supports daily service, upholds HACCP and food safety standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a culinary qualification and either 1 year of experience or 3 years in a similar role, with strong teamwork and a passion for cooking. The position is permanent full-time with an annual salary of AUD 80,000–AUD 90,000.

Competenze

• Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety regulations
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
