Job summary

SRG Hospitality is seeking an experienced Cook for Summer Salt Cronulla, a premier beachfront venue, to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will help deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining HACCP and food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

We offer a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary between A$80,000 and A$90,000 per year, dependent on experience. Join SRG and grow within a growing hospitality group that values teamwork and career development.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary qualification and at least 1 year of relevant work experience OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• High standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• HACCP and Food Safety regulations knowledge.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support daily service while maintaining high culinary and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an integral part of the kitchen team and contribute to quality, consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service and adherence to SRG standards.
