What you'll be doing

• Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to consistent quality standards
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace
• Portioning and plating dishes according to specifications and presentation standards
• Following recipes and cooking techniques whilst maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols
• Managing prep work and ingredient organisation to ensure efficient service
• Assisting with food ordering and stock rotation to minimise waste
• Responding to customer requirements and dietary needs with professionalism and care
• Supporting the team during busy service periods and contributing to a positive workplace culture
