Job summary

Malt & Honey Café in South West Rocks, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Chef / Cook to lead day-to-day kitchen operations and deliver breakfast and lunch that locals and holidaymakers love. You’ll work opposite the beach in a busy coastal café, focusing on consistency, freshness and great presentation.

You’ll bring solid experience in a small fast-paced café kitchen, excel at organisation and teamwork, and help drive menu ideas while maintaining food safety standards.

• Good organisation, communication and time-management skills.
• The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.

• Availability to work weekends as part of the roster.

Job description

As Chef / Cook at beachside Café, you'll help lead the day-to-day kitchen operation and create delicious, consistent food for locals, holidaymakers and regular café guests in a busy breakfast and lunch café located in South West Rocks, NSW, right opposite the beach.
