Job summary

Sushi Yah-man in Noosa Heads, QLD, is seeking a full-time cook with strong Japanese cuisine knowledge to join a welcoming, dedicated team.

The successful applicant will prepare and present sushi and sashimi, maintain food safety and OHS standards, and train junior kitchen staff while upholding high presentation and consistency across all dishes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experienced in sushi and sashimi preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Effective communication skills.
