Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Control Room Operator to provide exceptional customer service and emergency response at a retail site based in Helensvale.

This is a full-time permanent position with a 4 days on / 4 days off roster and 12-hour shifts, days and nights. The role is paid at Level 4 under the Security Services Industry Award, plus First Aid allowance.

Formación

• Current Security Licence is required.
• Control Room Licence and Crowd Control endorsement are required.
• First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Willingness to work rotating rosters including nights & weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Professional, positive and proactive approach to work.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a high level of security and customer service.
• Guard, patrol, monitor and control assigned premises.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms and calls for assistance.
• Assess and manage situations of risk.
• Conduct access control duties.
• Perform CCTV control room operations.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate data logs.

Roster

• S2 & S3 control room position, 4on / 4off roster - 2 days/2 night : 0600-1800 & 1800-0600

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of security and customer service
