Job summary

Murray Primary Health Network in Bendigo is seeking an Officer Contracts Systems and Reporting to support contracting activity across the organisation. You will configure dashboards, reconcile records, and facilitate onboarding for contracting systems, contributing to efficient procurement and program delivery.

With a focus on data accuracy and collaboration, you will engage with stakeholders to improve workflows and ensure timely contract issues, including use of DocuSign and system-wide data

Qualifications

• Experience in contract administration or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with reconciliation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication for onboarding and training in business systems.
• Experience using reporting tools to produce dashboards.
• Collaborative stakeholder engagement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into contracting activity.
• Reconcile contract records monthly and fix mismatches to keep systems reliable.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for contracting and procurement systems users.
• Monitor progress, flag bottlenecks, and issue contracts quickly using DocuSign.
• Support data cleanup, improve workflows and assist grant rounds.
