Job summary

Service Stream's TechSafe division seeks an Administration Scheduling Officer in Welshpool, WA, permanent full-time. You will support contract administration, scheduling, invoicing and stakeholder liaison to ensure smooth operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role requires strong customer service, high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously within a team while meeting KPIs and delivering excellent client outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Allocate, dispatch and redistribute work to the field.
• Assist with inbound reception calls and queries.
• Manage work to pre-determined KPIs.
• Liaise with field resources and provide support.

• Handle billing and invoicing administrative duties.
