Job summary

Water Corporation in Western Australia is seeking a delivery-focused professional to oversee planned works within the Construction & Reactive Projects team. You will supervise contractor activities to ensure safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes for Water Corporation and customers.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will mentor contractors, coordinate work scopes, and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards across project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Awareness of safety, codes and standards in water projects.
• Current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Promote Zero Harm culture and engage contractor employees in safety matters.
• Mentor and educate contractors in hazard identification and risk control.
• Coordinate and supervise work by Project Delivery contractors.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to meet needs.
• Assist in project scoping and material supply coordination.
• Provide technical guidance to contractors and oversight.
• Assist with commissioning, handover and close-out activities.
• Oversee inspection and QA of subcontractors and plans.
• Assist with implementing isolation plans.
• Provide technical asset and network solutions to support project delivery.
