Qualifications

• 5+ years of Contract Administration experience with commercial builders in WA.
• Experience in end-to-end commercial construction packages.
• Strong negotiation and cost planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage head contract administration, scope preparation, and trade lettings.
• Prepare progress claims, variations, cost forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate trade sub-contracts, procurement schedules, and project cash flows.
• Evaluate subcontractor claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
• Partner with Project Managers and Site Teams to safeguard project margins.
