Living Gems Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Contracts and Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team from contract through to construction. You will coordinate residential construction contract documentation, review contracts for accuracy, and ensure smooth documentation flow across internal teams.

The role requires a degree in a related field, a solid grasp of residential contract law, and excellent organisational and communication skills to manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or related field.
• Strong grasp of contract law in residential construction/manufactured homes.
• Confident navigating construction documentation.
• Super-organised, detail-obsessed, good communicator.
• Comfortable juggling tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all residential construction contract documentation.
• Review contracts and supporting docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and documentation flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and systems.
• Help shape best practice in contract management across the team.
• Stay informed on changes to legislation, particularly around manufactured homes.
