Job summary

DOF is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis, with hybrid options. You will support the Contracts & Procurement team, manage procurement databases, RFQ/tender processes, and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The role offers flexible hours (Full-time or Part-Time with pro-rata), pro-rata considerations for part-time, and a focus on safety, integrity and teamwork within a global

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant field - preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant role
• Strong understanding of contract & commercial management
• Ability to effectively prioritise & deliver within timeframes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures and disciplines

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFQ, tender & supplier evaluation processes
• Maintain contract registers & procurement database
• Monitor contract renewals & compliance
• Liaise between with external vendors & internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods & services
• Support contract administration including document preparation & amendments
• Maintain supplier documentation, certifications & compliance records
• Contribute to process improvements
• Provide general personnel and administrative support
