Job summary

DOF is seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to join our Perth CBD team on a permanent basis. You’ll provide administrative support to the Contracts & Procurement group and act as a key liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

The role supports RFQ, tender processes, contract registers, renewals, and compliance, with flexible hours (full-time or 3 days minimum part-time) and hybrid options.

Qualifications

  • RFQ, tender & supplier evaluation processes.
  • Maintain contract registers & procurement database.
  • Monitor contract renewals & compliance.
  • Liaise between external vendors & internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods & services.
  • Support contract administration including document preparation & amendments.
  • Maintain supplier documentation, certifications & compliance records.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Provide general personnel and administrative support.

Contracts & Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to join our high-performing team in Perth CBD on a permanent basis.

In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact within our project delivery division by providing administrative support to both the Contracts & Procurement team.

This position is available as both a Full-time & Part-Time (3 days minimum, flexible hours to suit, Pro-rata) considerations.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with RFQ, tender & supplier evaluation processes
  • Maintain contract registers & procurement database
  • Monitor contract renewals & compliance
  • Liaise between with external vendors & internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods & services
  • Support contract administration including document preparation & amendments
  • Maintain supplier documentation, certifications & compliance records
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Provide general personnel and administrative support
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field – preferred but not mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a relevant role
  • Strong understanding of contract & commercial management
  • Ability to effectively prioritise & deliver within timeframes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across cultures and disciplines
