Job summary

Hindmarsh Construction Australia is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Project Commercial Lead) to head the commercial teams across two residential projects. The role reports to the Project Manager and requires leadership of procurement strategies, cost management and contract administration.

You will work closely with clients and project teams to drive outcomes, supervise the Commercial Team, and deliver monthly financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
• Mentor, coach and supervise Commercial Team
• Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
• Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
• Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
• Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
• Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
