CBH Group in Perth is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the Commercial team within the Project Delivery Group. Based in Perth CBD, you will support contract management across Sustaining Capital and Expansion projects, from tender through to contract close out.

You will work closely with project managers, contractors and internal teams, providing practical commercial advice and promoting consistent contract administration to ensure decisions are well supported by accurate

Qualificações

• Proven contract management experience across construction, infrastructure and resource industries.
• Strong understanding of tendering, contract formation and administration.
• Ability to assess commercial issues using accurate data and sound judgement.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication to build relationships and influence outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead contract management activities across CBH Sustaining Capital and support Project Managers from tender to close out.
• Prepare and review tender documents, contract packages, approvals and reporting.
• Oversee and review progress claims, variations, contractual notices, records and documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and promote consistent contract management practices.
• Analyse complex commercial matters with CBH policies and sound commercial judgement.
