Job summary

Lead Group is partnering with a highly regarded, award-winning commercial builder to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator near Hornsby. The role is office-based with regular time on site, handling multiple projects, reading plans, and coordinating trades.

You will source quotes, manage programming in Microsoft Project or similar, and work closely with site management to keep projects moving. Salary is $100K–$110K plus super, with flexible start/finish times.

Qualifications

• Experience in building or construction is essential.
• Contracts administration or programming experience.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong tenure history and long-term career mindset.

Responsibilities

• Read plans and drawings and coordinate trades on site.
• Source and compare quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project programming in Microsoft Project or similar tool.
• Work with Site Manager to keep projects moving and aligned.
