Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking two experienced Contract Administrators for Commercial & Residential Construction projects in Sydney. The role supports Project Managers and Commercial Managers across a range of $20M–$100M+ projects, including residential, education, hospitals, offices, and mixed-use developments.

Applicants should have five years of post-graduate experience and hold a Construction Management related qualification.

Qualifications

• Five+ years post-graduate experience in contract administration, project/site coordination, or project engineering.
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Building & Construction.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or major refurbishment projects.
• Strong expertise in contract administration, procurement, trade letting, cost planning, programming, and scheduling.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with experience managing site-based teams and liaising with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Commercial Managers in overseeing and delivering newly awarded projects.
• Coordinate across trade packages and manage subcontracts on projects across Sydney’s Inner West, West, South, CBD, East and North/North West.

As they continue to expand, they are seeking two experienced Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrators with expertise across all trade packages to support Project Managers and Commercial Managers in overseeing and delivering newly awarded projects across Sydney’s Inner West, West, South, CBD, East, and North / North West. Recent project wins have ranged from $20M to $100M+ and will include residential and mixed-use residential projects, education projects, hospitals, hotels, offices, retail, leisure precincts, data centres and office blocks.
