Job summary

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience as a CA
• Experience with fit out and refurbishment projects
• Ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently
• Experience operating in live or operational environments

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts from procurement through to completion
• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Handle variations, EOTs, claims and progress claims
• Review scopes, contracts and project documentation
• Work closely with PMs, clients and subcontractors
• Manage competing priorities across multiple live projects
