Girvan Group is seeking a Contracts Administrator for NSW Commercial Fit-Out projects. You will report to the Project Manager with a sub-report to the Construction Manager, liaising with the Site Manager and other departments.

The role involves subcontracting, supplier procurement and financial management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality. Candidate experience in fit-out/refurb sector and cost-control capabilities are essential, with exposure to CHEOPS/Procore preferred.

• Experience in fit-out/refurb sector
• Proven ability to manage projects from $1M to $15M
• Management of project cost controls
• Programming, budgeting and forecasting
• Variation and progress claims
• Client, team and supplier management
• QA, WHS and IR compliance
• CHEOPS and Procore preferred

Responsabilidades

• Report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager as part of the Production Team
• Assist with subcontracts, supplier procurement and financial management
• Ensure each project is completed on time, within budget and to high quality
• Coordinate with Site Manager and other departments to support project delivery
