GFG Projects is seeking a motivated Contracts Administrator to support Cairns-based project delivery. You will handle contract administration, cost management, procurement, and subcontractor engagement for diverse commercial construction projects.

Join a growing team in Far North Queensland, with relocation support possible for the right candidate. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes while maintaining high client

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator in commercial construction, up to $20M.
• Experience managing subcontractors and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and BCIPA.
• Proficient with Jobpac or similar project costing software.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery through contract administration and cost management.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor engagement.
• Prepare and review project reports and financials.
• Work with Project Manager and site teams to deliver safely and profitably.
• Maintain high standards for clients and stakeholders.
