AAG Infrastructure in Condell Park (NSW) is seeking a Contracts Administrator to coordinate the commercial and documentary aspects of project contracts while project managers and engineers handle technical delivery and site operations.

Contract execution, settlements and approvals outside delegated authority will require management oversight. The role includes variation management, progress claims and close-out documentation, with site visits as required.

Qualificações

• Experience administering contracts in civil construction, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to interpret scopes, specifications and payment terms.
• Experience preparing variations, progress claims and contract docs.
• Strong numerical, recordkeeping, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects with site and office teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review client contracts, subcontracts, scopes of work and schedules to identify obligations, payment terms and risks.
• Prepare and coordinate contract/subcontract documentation for review and approval.
• Maintain contract registers and monitor notices, variations, extensions and insurance renewals.
• Coordinate changes to scope with project managers and site supervisors.
• Prepare and submit variation requests with supporting data and track approvals.
• Compile progress claims by comparing work to milestones and variations.
• Review subcontractor payments and supplier invoices against terms and PO.
• Obtain quotations, clarify scope and assist negotiations.
• Monitor expenditure, committed costs and retention, reporting risks to management.
• Coordinate contractual correspondence and respond to queries and payment issues.
• Maintain organized records of executed agreements, instructions and approvals.
• Coordinate contract completion and close-out documentation including warranties and retention release.
