• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

• Experienced Contracts Administrator, ideally with NEC4 experience and exposure to Water Infrastructure projects.
• Natural problem solver and creative thinker who enjoys working on technically complex projects.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in cost management, building variations, managing subcontractors and EOTs.
